Anyone who knows Trevor knows he is one of the kindest, most compassionate, and inspiring people, yet also very sarcastic. For those who love him, it is likely that he changed a part of your life at one point, or believes in you as no one has before.

Since May, Trevor has been fighting one of the hardest battles of his life. He was hospitalized and had a GI surgery in May and has since been on TPN (no food). Since then, he has been in and out of the hospital with continual GI issues, and during that time, he lost his job. In September, he suffered from organ and heart failure and was on life support for over a week, and spent the next month fighting for his life. He ended up back in the hospital a few more times for GI issues (totaling over 120 days in the Mayo hospital in 2025).

Trevor is healing well with his heart but is struggling continuously with his GI system. He is currently residing in Mayo Hospital and will likely be air transported to the Cleveland Clinic for a potential intestinal transplant. This can take 3 months to over a year, and he will be responsible for his own living expenses while awaiting their decision. This ongoing medical journey has taken an enormous physical, emotional, and financial toll and is likely far from done. While he has insurance, he is still incurring significant medical charges and will need to pay additional expenses upon arrival in Cleveland. He is currently not able to support himself with a job and has yet to be approved by disability. We are asking for help so Trevor can focus on healing without the added burden of financial stress.
