On Tuesday, June 18th, at around 8 pm, my nephew, Tre’Shaun Miller, was struck by a vehicle while he was simply crossing the street on Raines Road in Memphis, TN. He was rushed to the hospital where it was determined that he had experienced major trauma to his head primarily. He was immediately taken into surgery to try to stop the swelling and bleeding on his brain.

Today is Saturday, and he has now suffered several strokes on both the left and right side of his brain. His doctors have informed us that he will need extensive care following this unfortunate accident. Tre’Shaun is an amazing young man who enjoys basketball and football. He is a high school senior who was looking forward to earning his High School Diploma and experiencing all of his senior year activities. He is a kind and respectful young man. He recently turned 18 years old and has his entire life ahead of him.

However, due to his injuries incurred by the accident, Tre’Shaun will need an abundance of care and support from his family and friends moving forward. We are in need of financial support as well to better help meet all of Tre'shaun's needs. We’re asking that you donate whatever your heart desires to help support Tre’Shaun and his mother during this time as she is his primary caregiver.

Update: Unfortunately, Tre’shaun Miller has passed away from his injuries resulting from the accident. We the family of Tre’shaun ask for your continued prayers and support for his family during this time. We would also like to Thank you for all your prayers, donations and shares for his cause. Due to his passing, we no longer need the donations for his rehabilitation. However, we do ask that you continue to support his mother and family with any donation possible as we now have to plan for his funeral services. Everything helps and nothing is too small.
