I am Trent, and i lost my teeth at the ripe age of 20. I received a root canal i didn’t need, and it ended up becoming severely infected after a while, i never had money to return to frequent dentist appointments. I never had proper insurance. I did everything i could to save my smile. I tried to take care of them, tried getting the issues handled in time, but i wasn’t fast enough. The issue got to the point of being a health hazard, and i lost every single tooth in my mouth at once. I previously had dentures, but had to go to some small run of the mill dentist, and they weren’t properly fitted. The sad part? Refitting them was not free, and i was already spending money i didn’t have. So i gave up. It has been five long years now without a proper smile. Every time i laugh, talk, or even yawn in public this embarrassment bubbles up in the back of my head. I just want to be able to smile with confidence again.
