Support Trent Glisson's Family in Their Time of Loss

We unexpectedly lost our best friend Trent.

We are raising money to help his family out with the cost of all expenses.

Trent Glisson, 31, formerly of Gastonia, NC, passed away on September 30, 2024, in Nashville, TN. Known for his unwavering faith, Trent was a talented musician and lyricist who shared his love for music with the world. Growing up, he was a sports enthusiast, excelling in soccer and wrestling, but it was through music that he found his true passion.

He cherished his family, especially his parents Kevin and Brenda Glisson; sister Summer Glisson; grandparents Helen Glisson, Roger and Chae Huggins; uncles and aunt Jason and Tina Gibson, Ray Glisson; cousins Aaron and Matt Glisson, Jacob and Lauren Gibson; his fur baby Luna; and his many friends, never failing to spread love and kindness to all those around him. Whether he was on stage performing or spending time with his buddies, Trent's vibrant spirit and genuine character touched the lives of many.

A celebration of Trent's life will be held from 5:00 - 6:00 pm on Thursday, October 10, 2024, at First Assembly of God, 777 S. Myrtle School Rd., Gastonia, NC 28052. The family will receive friends following the service from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at the church.

Friends and family will gather to honor his memory and the profound impact he had on those he knew and loved. May his legacy of love and faith live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather David Glisson.
