Help Treelore Get the Heart Care He Desperately Needs ❤️‍

Hi friends,

I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for help for my beloved dog, Treelore. He’s an 8-year-old King Charles Cavalier Spaniel with a big heart—literally and figuratively. If you’ve ever met him, you know how joyful and gentle he is, always wagging his tail and ready to brighten someone’s day.

Recently, Treelore developed an infection in his paw that left him in a cone for two weeks. While he was healing from that, we discovered something far more serious—he has heart inflammation tied to a murmur that’s now impacting his daily life. He’s still his happy-go-lucky self, but I can tell he’s slowing down, and it breaks my heart to see.

The most urgent next step is an EKG/echocardiogram to better understand the severity of his condition. The lab work costs around $900, and afterward, he’ll need monthly heart medication, which runs about $150 per month. I want to give him the best care possible, but after recently losing my job, I’m struggling to keep up with both his veterinary bills and my personal expenses.
