I spend a large amount on Dr's visits, Copay, medicines, Dental visits etc, Just looking for a bit of help. I don't have the best insurance and even after my deductible have to pay 10% out of pocket. It's cost me up to thousands of dollars to fight this disease every year it's affected my hearing, my vision, my organs, my skin, blood vessels. and also teeth. it's been a rough time. I could use a bit of a pick me up. Funds will be used for paying for Dr's Bills/Dental care, Prescriptions.

Help restore my smile literally. it's been a long hard road. Dry mouth has caused me extensive damage.
