The Hyman family is currently facing an unimaginable loss after a devastating house fire—and they need our support now more than ever.

Treasure Hyman is a beloved friend, coworker, and dedicated hairstylist in Hampton, Virginia. For over 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Treasure and witnessing her unwavering dedication to her clients and her community. She is the kind of person who would do anything for anyone—always bringing warmth, positivity, and light to those around her.

Her husband, Brandon, is a hardworking employee at Huntington Ingalls Industries, and together they are raising two incredible children, Caleb and Harper, both of whom are autistic and rely deeply on the stability and care their parents provide.

In the early morning hours of April 28, tragedy struck when their home caught fire and was completely destroyed. In an instant, the family lost everything—clothing, personal belongings, and even essential items like Treasure’s phone.

Most heartbreakingly, Treasure was placed in a medically induced coma. Thankfully, after 24 hours, she is now awake and breathing on her own—but still has a long road to recovery ahead.

Brandon is now facing the unimaginable—caring for his children while navigating this traumatic loss and supporting his wife through recovery, all while trying to rebuild their lives from nothing.
