Hi everyone,

Our dear friend Travis Powell, the one and only Waxing Diva, is currently in the hospital dealing with a serious and unexpected medical situation.

If you know Travis, you know how much he shows up for people. He’s built real relationships with his clients and community, and he brings so much personality, humor, and care into everything he does. He’s someone a lot of us rely on and love.

Right now, things are uncertain and his focus needs to be on getting through this and recovering. Because of that, he’s missing work and losing income, and we don’t yet know how long that will continue. As someone who works for himself, that gap hits hard.

His family has come out from Idaho to be with him, and they’re taking on the added cost of staying here, meals, and time away from their own work and responsibilities.

We’re putting this together to help ease some of that financial pressure for Travis and for his family so they can focus on his recovery without worrying about everything piling up. His everloving family is here in full force by his bedside.
