Support Travis and His Stranded Animals
Donation protected
Hi everyone! Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and donate if you can. Travis Shuler of Beech River Kennels is a bird dog trainer and wrangler (we don’t have too many left in the sport) with a young family. He’s passionate about the sport of field trialing and mentoring newcomers. He’s a great husband, father, horseman, and friend who is always generous and eager to offer help. I know he’s given me much advice and training for free, even noticed my handheld to my tracking collar was broken and went out of his way to buy the part I needed and ship it to me.
Right now, he needs our help. He is currently stranded in Lake City, Florida, since yesterday (February 18th) after attending a field trial in southern Florida. His truck broke down with 6 horses and 5 dogs. He is currently unable to return home to his family and business in Tennessee. His mother, who usually helps take care of the farm alongside his wife and kids, severely broke her wrist while he has been stranded, so his family and other animals really need him ASAP. A kind bystander is currently housing his horses, and the repairs on his truck are estimated to be between $5,000-$6,000. If you could please contribute to this GoFundMe to help him care for his animals and repair his truck, it would be greatly appreciated!
Any help is appreciated! If you are unable to donate but willing to offer help in other ways like a ride, hay for his horses, etc., please reach out to Travis. His number is [phone redacted].
