Support Trason's Fight for Life.

Many of you know Joseph and Brandie Fish. If you are blessed to know them, you love them and if you love them, you are so very blessed. Joseph and Brandie have the most loving and servant hearts. They give immensely with their time and also with their talents. They share their wisdom and knowledge and pray and love deeply those known and unknown to them. I come to you today to ask for help both in your fervent prayers but also for monetary assistance. As many of you know Joseph and Brandie were blessed with 3 amazing children. Trason 16, Tristen 14 and Teagan 8. Back in 2016, Trason, who at the time was 7 years old, suffered from a ruptured brain arteriovenous malformation (AVM). They spent months down at Riley Children's Hospital as Trason was given lifesaving care. By only the grace of God, Trason survived. He has endured years of physical and emotional suffering. But Trason's faith has and will conquer all. His faith and trust in the Lord is a witness to us all of Christ’s saving grace and how we can unite our sufferings of this world to Christ's sufferings on the Cross.

I know the Fish family has a hard time asking for help. This request is different as it is made by the many friends who have wanted for years to help and give back to the Fish family for all they do. Trason is in need of a risky and uncertain outcome surgery, done only in Germany. His doctors here in the US have been working with the Germany doctors to arrange this surgery but this comes with substantial costs that insurance will not cover. What we are asking for is money to cover the cost of the surgery itself along with travel, room and board cost for the Fish family, costs for help if renovations or accommodations are needed upon their arrival back to the US, funds to help cover costs here at home while they are away from their home and work, along with any additional follow up costs that may be needed. We wish to allow the Fish family to be able to focus on family, healing, their strong faith and not financial worries.

Most importantly, please continue to pray for Trason, for his continued trust in the Lords will. Pray for Joseph and Brandie as they discern every step, every decision made, with the Lord as their guide. Pray for Tristen and Teagan as they navigate the uncertainty and watch their brother and parents take difficult steps with faith and Love. Pray for Tristen and Teagan also as they have their own suffering in this too, that can't be forgotten and too are in need of our prayers.

I know it is a lot of money to try to raise but any amount will help. We have approximately 3 months' time to raise it before surgery. I will post any updates on surgery date and additional needs as they are received from Brandie. If you aren't friends with her in real life you should be, and on Facebook follow her, as I know she will take us along for the journey, as she did so well, those few years ago when this journey began. So, no matter what your faith is, please join us in praying for this amazing family. Join us in any way to help raise these funds to give Trason this chance of a long life.

Please know as a small thank you for your donations I will specifically pray for you and your families. Know that when I say this, I mean it and these are not just words. Your names will be in my prayer journal and will not be forgotten. I know that the Fish family will be praying for you, too.
