Hi Community,

For the past 8 years, I have returned to my alma mater, Sanger High School, to award scholarships to seniors who are pursuing their higher education goals.

The name of the scholarship is the “Diana Feliz Oliva Transgender Scholarship” for deserving Sanger High seniors who identify as transgender.

Coming out and identifying as transgender at such a young age takes courage, strength, and resilience. I applaud these young adults who, against all odds, have found their truth and are living authentically and unapologetically with pride.

Please help me raise $5,000 to support deserving transgender students who will go on to pursue their educational dreams and become productive members of society.

With the current political climate we encounter ourselves in, it's most important we honor and support our transgender young students.
