Right now, more than ever, it is important to support queer and trans stories. This means supporting stories that represent these communities in more than just stereotypes. Our society is trying to silence trans voices. We cannot let this happen. Storytelling has been a humanizing and connecting force across cultures and experiences. This project is a feature film, directed by AJ Mattioli. AJ Mattioli is the visionary behind Mattioli Productions, a leading queer film production and distribution company. A Queens-born, Brooklyn-based trans producer and director with over 18 years of experience in the entertainment industry, Mattioli has made a significant impact on the LGBTQ+ community. His work has been celebrated at prestigious venues and platforms such as the Queens Museum, the United Nations, the New York Times, The Advocate, Huffington Post, Gay Star News, Go Magazine, and many more.
