On August 23, 2025, our world was turned upside down when my younger sister, Tram, suffered a sudden stroke at just 36 years old. In an instant, the strong, loving, determined woman we know and love was rushed into the fight of her life. Tragically, Tram was alone when the stroke happened and didn’t receive medical attention for almost 20 hours, something no one should ever have to endure. The fact that she survived is nothing short of a miracle, and now she’s fighting hard to rebuild her life.
She had to endure two surgeries and is now beginning the long road of rehabilitation – learning to walk, speak, and regain her independence. While she is showing incredible strength, the truth is that recovery from a stroke is not only emotionally and physically demanding but also financially overwhelming.
We are humbly asking for help to support Tram on this journey. Every contribution will go directly toward her rehabilitation – physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and the equipment and support she needs to rebuild her life.
If you are not able to give, we completely understand. Sharing this page and keeping her in your thoughts and prayers means the world to us.
My sister is a fighter, and with the love and support of friends, family, and so many kind-hearted people, we believe she can make remarkable progress. With your support, she can keep moving forward – one step, one word, one victory at a time.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for believing and walking this road with us.
With so much love & gratitude,
Thao & Family
