Support Tracy Freitag's Lung Transplant Journey

Let me introduce you to my sister, Tracy Freitag. She has a chronic lung disease that requires her to use high-flow oxygen 24/7, which makes everyday activities a challenge, to say the least.

She was recently referred for a lung transplant, which requires a number of tests and trips to the transplant center in Seattle, Washington, to prepare for the procedure. My niece, Heather, has committed to walk through this journey with her mom, Tracy, so I would like to raise the additional financial support that will be needed beyond what insurance will cover.
