Many of you know our dear friend Tracie Higgins Morris, her husband John and sweet boys. They’re wonderful people that work extremely hard, have served our community for years, and would give the shirts off their back to help anyone in need. Sadly, Tracie was diagnosed with stage 3 Multiple Myeloma in October 2025. Since then, she has bravely faced chemotherapy treatments and is now preparing for a promising Stem Cell Transplant at UC Davis. This next step requires her to stay in Sacramento for about 8 weeks, with her husband John by her side as her caregiver the entire time. (required by UC Davis). John is self-employed and, during this time, will not be able to work, leaving them without income for those eight weeks. This sudden loss of income will cause financial hardship for their family.

The funds raised through this campaign will help Tracie and John cover essential expenses for those 2 months. Your support will allow them to focus on Tracie’s health and recovery without the added stress of financial uncertainty.
