Dear Friends, Family, and Kind-Hearted Strangers,

I am reaching out to you today to ask for your support for Latoya affectionately known as Toy or Toya, a loving mother of four and a dedicated licensed Psychotherapist who has spent her life helping others. Recently, Toya received the devastating diagnosis of breast cancer. She is scheduled to undergo a double mastectomy on August 9th as the grade of cancer is aggressive and more likely to reoccur. Toya facing Chemo therapy treatment is a possibility based on medical biopsy after surgery as oncology is determining triple negative prognosis if this is the case chemo therapy would occur for a period of 3-6 months.

Toya’s life has been a testament to selflessness and compassion. In addition to raising her own children, she has opened her heart and home to her husband's younger brothers after the sudden passing of their father and grandmother both to the disease of cancer. Toya has always been the one to extend a helping hand to those in need, but now she needs our help.

The road ahead is challenging, and the financial burden of medical bills, treatments, and the loss of income as a contract employee during her recovery is overwhelming. I am asking for your generosity to help ease this burden so that this family can focus on her healing.

Your donations will go directly to covering medical expenses, while she does have medical insurance it will only cover small portions of the anticipated treatments. In addition to household bills, and providing for her children and extended family during this difficult time. Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a significant difference in their lives.
