Dearest friends,

We need your help paying for lifesaving surgery for our beloved little angel Tovah.

Tovah came into our lives 4 years ago, at exactly the right time, and every single day since then has been better because of her. She is a little 4-pound ball of pure love and light. Everywhere she goes, people can't help but fall in love with her, and she loves them right back. Usually you can find her glued to her mommy's side. She keeps us sane and she has incredible intuition for when one of us is hurting. We have no idea what we'd do without her.

Yesterday, Tovah and her sister were on the front lawn when a neighbor's dog viciously attacked her. Considering that he weighs about 20 times more than her, we're lucky she's alive. She has three bite wounds, two of which were quite deep. She needs emergency surgery. She has air in her abdominal and chest cavities, and a very high risk of septic infection. Angell hospital has a team taking care of her and they are operating today. If they don't, we might lose her. So, we are asking for your help getting this lifesaving treatment for our precious one.
