I have started a GoFundMe for my co-worker, Toussaint Claude and his family.

Toussaint's wife has sickle cell anemia and has caused complications with the birth of their second child that was born prematurely. She has been in the hospital since the birth of the child, unconscious. It is a super complicated situation. Currently, she has pulmonary hypertension affecting her heart, along with a lack of oxygen to her brain, causing brain injury. The doctors are saying if she wakes up, she won’t be able to talk. With all of this going on, Toussaint hasn’t been able to work.

They do not have any family around to lean on. The hospital bills will start to pile up and that does not even start to touch everyday expenses of the household.
