Hello everyone! We are asking for your support with one of our community cat, Toulouse. She’s been with us since she was a baby and these last couple of days she hasn’t been well. She hasn’t been eating and drinking and when she stands up to walk, she is a bit wobbly. We took her to the vet and turns out the base of her tail is broken. We have pain medication for her for 3 days but if we can, we’d love to get her surgery as soon as possible. The vet quoted us $4,000 max as she needs to get x-ray to get  specific on what she needs.

We know this is not the best time for everyone but we would love to give her another chance to run around and play again as she is only about 7 months old. We had reached out to SPCA if there’s a chance that we can surrender her to be able to get the surgery she needs but unfortunately, they do not have the resources or space to take her in at this time.
