Help Tory Fight for His Future — Legal Defense Fund

On Christmas Day, our family’s learned that my sweet, hard working little brother was a

sitting in jail for the first time in his adult life turns out my brother, Tory, was arrested and is now facing two felony charges for a crime he did not commit. Anyone who truly knows Tory would agree without hesitation that he is innocent.

Tory is a hardworking, honest man with no prior record. He has a full-time job and works the maximum hours he’s allowed, making just enough to cover his basic bills, with no extra income left over. Despite doing everything right, he is now facing a legal battle that could affect him for the rest of his life.

I will fight tooth and nail to make sure Tory has the best attorney possible for the amount our family can raise. Unfortunately, the timing could not be worse. Our family relies heavily on seasonal work, and with the ground frozen, there is very little income to be made right now. If this were a different time of year, we could shoulder more of these costs ourselves—but right now, we simply can’t do it alone.
