Support Tornado-Rescued Cats & Kittens

These aren’t just any cats — they’re survivors. 30+ cats and kittens rescued after a freak tornadoes touched down in Great Valley, NY. Names like Twister, Fujita, Dorothy, and Cumulus speak to what they’ve been through. Their barns are gone. Their people are rebuilding. But these animals need your help now. 17 of these are kittens! — we need barns, fosters, and forever homes. If you’ve got space in your barn, your garage, or even your heart, now’s the time.

CLAWS (Cats Lives Are Worth Saving) is a small army of volunteers in the Ellicottville/Great Valley area that has been working for years to help stray and feral cats. We are housing, feeding and getting medical care for these fine felines that survived the tornado. We are already getting the adults spayed and neutered.
