Hello friends and family,

My name is Tori Killian. In June 2025, I graduated from Cal Poly SLO with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering. Before entering the workforce, I am following God’s call in my life to go on a mission trip. Through prayer and discernment, I applied for a five month missions school offered by mission organization Youth With A Mission (YWAM).

I will be leaving for Berlin, Germany on September 21, 2025. During the first 12 weeks, I trust in the Lord that I will grow personally and spiritually through daily lectures, guest speakers, worship, and small group activities. I decided to complete the lecture phase in Berlin, Germany because God directed my heart to their program “Revive DTS” (Discipleship Training School).

After the lecture phase, I will go with a team of other students and DTS staff to another country for missions. We will share the Gospel and serve others by partnering with local churches and YWAM bases at the outreach location. Potential outreach activities include sharing our faith through street evangelism, helping at a soup kitchen, painting houses, and serving in Christian churches. I will not know in which country the outreach will take place until the first few weeks of the program. The school wraps up in February 2026.

To pay for the expenses of discipleship training school, I am raising $11,142. This covers costs for airfare, housing, food, outreach supplies, a 10% tithe, and GoFundMe’s transaction fees of 2.9% + $0.30 per donation.
