Hi, my name is Mason, and I’m fundraising for my girlfriend, Tori Horn.

For the last six months, Tori has been dealing with serious medical issues that have slowly gotten worse. Right after her birthday, she was told she had a heart murmur and was sent home. We hoped things would get better, but instead, everything suddenly got worse.

A few days ago, we woke up and she was severely swollen, in pain, and struggling to move. We rushed to the ER, and after multiple tests, the doctors told us it could possibly be cancer or severely swollen lymph nodes. She has cyst or tumors taking over her top half of her body so they drained some fluid out of her to relieve tension but Because of how serious things look, we are now traveling to Mayo Clinic for more tests and studies to finally figure out what’s happening to her.

Right now, Tori is extremely weak, constantly in pain, and can’t sleep or drive. I’ve had to take care of her, get her to appointments, and support her through all of this. With the medical bills stacking up from ER visits, tests, and the hotel rooms and food from travel to Mayo, we’re struggling to keep up. Anything helps.
