For 25 Years, TOPAZ ARTS has been providing a creative space for the community, enabling the development of new works in performance and visual arts. Our programs support the artistic process while engaging creative and cultural exchange with diverse audiences. Located in Woodside, Queens in New York City, TOPAZ has been a vital presence, making an impact on the lives of artists and local community, supporting diverse artists since our inception in 2000.

Collaborating artists Todd B. Richmond and Paz Tanjuaquio founded TOPAZ ARTS in 2000, transforming a raw warehouse into a creative development center to include a dance studio with a sprung heated floor, a gallery exhibition space, and organic roof garden. In 25 years, Topaz Arts has cultivated new works in performance and visual arts, establishing an inspiring space in which to create and engage with our diverse community in Woodside, Queens, NY, supporting thousands of artists locally, nationally and internationally.
