Tootsie is a young kitten who was attacked by loose dogs at a park. She suffered a fractured hind leg, an open wound, eye infection, and anemia. She has received emergency veterinary care and medications. We are raising funds to cover her medical bills and continued treatment so she can heal and have a safe future.
