Support Tonya Parker During Grant's Recovery
Donation protected
Tonya Parker has always been a hardworking and dedicated woman. After spending over 20 years at Hunter Douglas, she faced an unexpected challenge when the Cumberland plant shut down, leaving her without a job. Rather than giving up, Tonya pursued her dream of becoming a business owner, creating a thriving produce and plant shop that has become a beloved part of the community.
Through it all, her loving husband and partner, Grant, has been her side, supporting her every step of the way. However, on Sunday, March 23, 2025, their world was turned upside down. Grant went to the hospital for what he believed was an irregular heartbeat, only to be diagnosed with life-threatening 10cm aortic aneurysm. He was immediately flown to Morgantown for emergency heart surgery and remains in critical condition.
With Tonya needing to be by Grant’s side, she has had to close her store, leaving her without any income during this incredibly difficult time. In addition to lost wages, she is now facing travel expenses and mounting financial stress.
We are asking for your support to help lift some of this burden so Tonya can focus on what truly matters—being there for Grant as he fights to recover. Any donation, big or small, will make a difference in helping her through this heartbreaking time.
Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and prayers. Your support means the world to Tonya and her family.
