Support Tony Spillman Through His Medical Journey

My name is Tony Spillman. You may know me from my various roles in the music industry including my years with the band Earthen Grave, and my own band, SPILLAGE. You may know me from my many years as a Little League coach in my community. I have also helped stock my local public library with appropriate children’s books. I have always done what I can for those in need, because I believe in my community and doing for others based on my faith in God.

I have struggled with physical ailments over the years, most notably, my worsening pain with arthritis spreading all over my body. I have had two hand surgeries, two hip replacements, cervical disc replacements (C2-5) which required an artificial plate to be placed in my neck and recurrent, debilitating kidney stones for which I have had to have several procedures done to break them down. The pain I have endured, has taken its toll.

In 2024, my arthritis has moved to my right foot and ankle, and it has now forced me to walk with a cane. In addition, doctors have recommended that I have a surgical procedure done on both of my palms, to reduce the arthritis growth there. Due to these mounting medical issues, I have had to retire from performing music and will be filing for Social Security Disability as the pain is interfering with my ability to work or do normal daily functions. The Social Security Disability attorney has advised that this process will take approximately 10 to 12 months at the least, to be seen by an Administrative Law Judge. In the meantime, medical bills and my monthly bills need to be paid, and I am on a very limited budget at this time.

To help offset the cost during the wait for my Social Security Disability decision, I am selling most of my belongings including guitars, amplifiers and accessories (which I will post on my Facebook page) and starting this GoFundMe account to help me pay my bills until I am “on my feet again” (figuratively). If you can find it in your heart to contribute any amount, you have my thanks and gratitude. If you can’t, I believe in the power of prayer and will take any and all of those. Thank you for your consideration and please share with your friends. ~Tony
