With Father’s Day approaching, I have decided to do something different this year. As some of you may know, I lost my dad, Gene Rothenback, at 46, when I was just 16, to heart disease. In honor of my own dad, I am asking for donations to help Kayla Nuccio’s dad receive a life-saving heart transplant.

Kayla is Julia’s (my daughter) best friend and her family needs our help. Tony Nuccio ,had his first heart attack at 38 years old . He has had various treatments over the years, but his condition has continued to deteriorate. Diagnosed with congestive heart failure in January of 2024 , Tony’s only hope for survival is a heart transplant. Even with health insurance, the costs associated with the transplant are astronomical!

Tony , at a young 58 years of age , with a beautiful wife , Dawn Nuccio and 2 grown children Kayla Nuccio and Daniel Nuccio , dreams of becoming a grandparent and enjoying his golden years . If you can’t donate at this time, please share this post ❤️! With deepest gratitude, Sheri !
