Hi! I'm Tony. In 2023, I was diagnosed with BRCA-1, a genetic condition that more than triples my risk of breast cancer. My doctor estimates my personal risk at 87%. So on October 13th, 2026, I'll be getting a preventative mastectomy to keep that from happening. Unfortunately, this will put me out of work for a month and a half, as my job is very physical and I'll be unable to lift anything until I'm fully healed.

Due to this, I'm hoping to raise some funds to help pay for the surgery and to keep my head above water. Hopefully, I'll be able to apply for short-term disability through the state, but there's no guarantee it'll come through in time to pay my bills. Anything helps massively!
