Support Toni Pellegrino's Breast Cancer Battle

Donation protected

Toni Pellegrino is an extraordinary woman. She is 57 years old and was just diagnosed with breast cancer. As a Type 1 diabetic, Toni also lives with a chronic condition that demands daily management—now compounded by this new battle. Toni’s entire world immediately changed.

As the primary provider for her family, Toni’s strength and resilience have always been inspiring. She is a devoted mother and wife. She has two children, one of whom is homebound.

Her treatment will include multiple procedures including a lumpectomy, oncoplastic reconstruction followed by 6 weeks of daily radiation treatment, and estrogen-blocking medication for the rest of her life. This journey has been fast-moving and constantly changing. Toni and her family pray this treatment plan will result in a full recovery with no additional surgical intervention needed.

Their cancer battle is just beginning, and much is still unknown. What is certain is they do not deserve to drown in medical bills or waste any time worried about money or losing their home. The combination of cancer treatments and chronic illness management will lead to overwhelming medical expenses. Any amount is appreciated and will help them cover medical expenses, the mortgage, utilities, and groceries during Toni’s extended leave (at least 3 months) from work and the work interruptions her husband and oldest child will take to support her recovery.

Despite her own challenges, Toni is always an inspiration of kindness, positivity, and support. She is always there to help a family member, friend, colleague, or even a stranger and finds happiness and joy in helping others grow and become the best version of themselves. She is known for her love of music and Volkswagens; she attends as many punk rock concerts as she can, travels to car shows in and out of California, enjoys all forms of art, going to the beach, swimming, hiking, board games, science fiction, yoga, meditation, and spending time with loved ones.

Let’s rally together to give back to someone who has always been there for others. Thank you for any support you can provide—whether it is a donation, a message of encouragement, or sharing her story.
