Support Tone Forest's Debut Album Release

Hello, my name is Marty Jaffe , and I'm fundraising to support the debut album release of Tone Forest , a contemporary jazz ensemble I co-founded in 2018 alongside Miro Sprague (piano) and Jason Ennis (guitar). Our music draws from jazz, world music and free improvisation to cultivate a fresh sound that is adventurous, lyrical, and grounded in a deep sense of beauty and groove. My collaboration with Miro and Jason stems back decades from our common roots in western Massachusetts, where we developed deep chemistry and a rich musical bond. We have been performing throughout the Northeast for the past 6 years and are finally ready to take the next step by broadening our audience through the release of our debut album and our upcoming album release tour on both coasts this summer and fall!

In 2022 we recorded our debut album, self titled TONE FOREST, which we will be releasing on August 30th, 2024 on Outside In Music ! The album features six never before released original compositions.

This project is a labor of love for all of us, and we have invested heavily in order document this music and make it more widely available throughout the world. Our costs to produce this album include studio time, filming, mixing, mastering, graphic design, printing CDs, marketing, and publicity, among others. We would be most grateful for any support you are willing to offer.
