Support Tondalaya's Journey to Become a Trucker

Greetings and Salutations!

My name is Tondalaya! I am currently signed up for a CDL program that begins April 14th which takes about 3 months to complete. I also am unemployed (recently lost my job that I thought would go permanent through a Temp Agency. The company unexpectantly ended the contract with the Agency where about 6 of us were affected). This was a Driving job which I ABSOLUTELY LOVED!!! This job is my encouragement to obtain my CDL because I really do LOVE driving.

So I created this fundraiser to help me stay afloat through the completion my training course and a little bit after since they also offer job assistance once training it done. *FINGERS CROSSED*

My total combined monthly expenses is approximately 1000$ ( l live a very simple life) so my overall goal is 5000$ which would allow for additional expenses like food and snacks.The schooling cost is covered under the program.

I will continue to look for at least part-time work to balance things out but even though I have over 30 years of experience in various fields, it appears they prefer candidates with less experience.

So here I am. At this big age, starting out on a brand new venture, career and journey in life. I am excited but kinda nervous but I am confident that... I want to be a Trucker!
