Hello all!! My name is Tom and I am a recent amputee. In January, I was rushed to the ER with what turned out to be sepsis in my right leg. After 3 major surgeries, 2 near death episodes, and almost 3 months of being in the hospital/rehab facility, my right leg was taken.

But’s that not where it ends. Just last week, I fell and broke my hip/femur and had surgery to repair it Thursday (8/7). I am currently headed to Sheltering Arms for inpatient rehab, and then will continue with my outpatient therapy at Sheltering Arms.

I will also need to go through a driving program to learn to drive with my left foot and get car modifications, and that will not be cheap.

It has been a long road, but the Lord has gotten me this far. Medical bills, along with other bills, have been become quite large. Any amount would be a blessing!!!
