Support Tommy's Medical Treatment & Relocation

Hello, my name is Tommy Sestak and I'm raising funds for Medical Treatment for Degenerative Disk Disease (DDD) in my C-Spine. Ehlers Dhanlos Syndrome (EDS), this attacks the connective tissue in my joints. This is why I've had 5 Hip Dislocations and my Thumbs Fused. I need to collect Disability at 50 yo. Looks like I'm gonna be moving back East to stay with family while this process begins. Of course I would like to stay in Colorado but it's getting hard to do so. I will be using the money to drive across country and get myself re-established with Medical Care. I didn't realize how bad it has gotten. I'm also gonna have to change my lifestyle to a lower activity level to accommodate myself. I'll be Under Doctor's care, pain management, Physical and Occupational Therapy. This all takes time and money. Friends and family can you help me please?? I'm sorry it has come to this but it's out of my control anymore. I lost my health care in March, this is when everything started going South on me. My Employers can't provide me with adequate work or Insurance. Which leaves me in a bad place.
