On June 17th, my dad, Tom McHugh, was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia (AML), a serious cancer that affects the bone marrow and blood. Because of this, he’s had to retire earlier than planned and focus entirely on treatment. He has already begun chemotherapy and will soon undergo a stem cell transplant that requires up to four weeks in the hospital, followed by at least six months of recovery at home.
At the same time, my mom, Tina, is facing uncertainty as the business she works for is going under. With my parents suddenly dealing with both health and financial challenges, this has created tremendous stress during an already difficult time.
Any donation you can make will go directly toward helping them cover living expenses, medical costs, and the support they need while Dad recovers. Our family is deeply grateful for your kindness, generosity, and prayers.
