Support Tom Malloy's Fight Against ALS
Donation protected
My family is reaching out on behalf of our beloved "Poppa Bear", Tom Malloy. For over a year, Tom was developing symptom after symptom, with no answers. Finally, he received a diagnosis: an extremely aggressive, terminal, and fast-acting illness, ALS. Tom is now in the fight of his life.
Tom has taken care of his family his entire life and has asked for nothing in return. He has never missed one of his kids' or grandkids' sporting events (even coaching some) or any other important happenings they may have.
He has taken care of so many, from his brother-in-law, his mother-in-law, his mother, countless in the autism community, and anyone else who needed him. He has also spent years donating to the Wounded Warrior Project for Veterans and Saint Jude's Children's Hospital. He is the most generous man you could meet, who always has a big smile on his face and a joke at the ready.
Tom has always taught us kids, "If you're ever driving and see someone broken down on the side of the road, help them. I always do, and whenever I have broken down, someone, without fail, has helped me."
Tom needs all the support he can get right now; prayers, good vibes, and financially. This battle comes with lots of struggles, and one of them is the cost it takes to fight. ALS statistically is one of the most expensive neurological diseases there is to treat. The last thing he needs to worry about right now is whether he can afford to be sick or what kind of condition he is leaving his family in.
For the man who has always done anything and everything for everyone, we are asking to please help him with whatever amount you can donate. He needs this now more than ever, and this damn good man could really use a blessing right about now.
