After years of dedicated service at St. Moritz Grill & Bar in Lake Mohawk, NJ, Tom Erbs just retired on November 28th. Tom is not only a hardworking and honorable veteran, but also a cherished friend and colleague to so many in our community. His kindness, work ethic, and positive spirit have touched the lives of countless co-workers and customers over the years. St. Moritz would not be what it is today without Tom. We couldn't have done it without him!

Now that Tom has entered this new chapter, we want to show our appreciation for everything he has done. We are coming together to raise funds that will go directly to Tom, giving him peace of mind as he begins his well-deserved retirement. Every contribution, big or small, will make a difference in showing Tom how much he means to all of us.
