Tom Coll has been the founder and owner of Joe Fassi Sausage and Sandwich factory since 1992, carrying on the family traditions that his great grandfather established in the very same building. Tom is the most dedicated and hardworking person, working 7 days a week with no days off for many years.

On Wednesday, 5/28/25 he was attacked and stabbed behind the counter of his restaurant. He is the sole operator of his small business and relies on this to make a living. Tom has suffered severe injuries because of this senseless act of violence and has a long road to recovery.
