Tom Barsi has made it his life‘s work to serve his community. He worked for Rural Metro for years first as a paramedic and then as a supervisor. Tom is currently a volunteer fireman at East Seneca Fire Company and works as the Education Manager for Orchard Park Fire District.

In 2022 Tom was diagnosed with Stage 4 T-cell Lymphoma and is continually undergoing lifesaving treatments several days a month. Despite these circumstances Tom continues to work, volunteer his time and take care of his family.

Anyone who knows Tom does not need convincing of what a wonderful man he is. He has done so much for his family, friends and the community, that we would love to show our sincere gratitude and support.
