Tom, my sister and my dad, a step-father to my 3 other siblings, my four children's grandfather, our rock that has always been there to support us and give help and support wherever needed, suffered an ischemic stroke. A blockage in his brain cut off oxygen, impacting his ability to move and see. He will no longer be able to drive, work, or aid his legally blind elderly mother that lives with him. The stroke affected the Right side of his brain—the part responsible for motor function, coordination, and sight in his left eye—leaving the left side of his body weak, his vision gone in his left eye, and his left arm and leg in need of rehabilitation to walk, and properly use his hand and arm. Any funds raised will go towards his recovery including rehab, medical bills and any other expenses accrued due to this tragic event.
