Our hearts are broken sharing that our uncle’s bar, a place that meant so much to so many over the last 24 years, was lost in a devastating fire on December 10, 2025.
Kilcoyne’s wasn’t just a bar. It was a second home. A place where everyone was family, stories were shared, friendships were formed, and no one ever felt like a stranger. Whether you were celebrating an event, looking to sing karaoke, or in need of a friend, Tom was always there with arms outstretched.
Our uncle has always been the kind of person who would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need. He built this space on kindness, generosity, and the true spirit of an Irish family & friend environment. The laughter was loud, the beer was cold, and the doors were always open!
For the last 24 years, he poured his heart & soul into this bar. It was more than his business; it was his life’s work and a cornerstone of the West Side community. The fire took everything in a matter of moments, but it couldn’t take the love, memories, or the incredible family & friends that surround him.
We’re raising funds to help him rebuild what was lost and support him during this unimaginable time. Any donation, no matter the size, means more than we can put into words. If you’re unable to give, sharing a wonderful memory from your time at Kilcoyne’s is just as appreciated.
Thank you for supporting Tom during this time. ☘️
