Hey Friends and Neighbors! Our community member Tola Makinde has hit some rough times and could use a helping hand! Tola, through many acts of compassion and generosity is one of the brightest lights in our community – NEVER hesitant herself to step up and lend a hand to any neighbor in need. Tola just had extensive back surgery and is adhering to medical restrictions for that healing process that will take three months. To that end, she is not able to participate in the craft fairs that support her livelihood. To add to that, some pipes burst in her house and caused damages and loss of personal belongings on every floor – much of these expenses are not covered by insurance.
