My name is Shannon, and together with my brother Dallas. We are Todd's children. We are creating this fundraiser to help support our dad during a very difficult and unexpected time for our family.

If you know Todd, you know he's the kind of person who is always the first to show up when someone needs help. Now our family is asking for help for him.

Todd is a hardworking small business owner who has spent years helping the community. Whether it's fixing something that's broken, lending a hand, or dropping everything to help someone in need.

Recently, our family received some very scary news. Todd has been diagnosed with a serious enlargement of his aortic root, a life- threatening heart condition that requires urgent evaluation by specialists at the University of Minnesota Medical Center. Doctors are currently determining the next steps and when another major surgery will occur.

This is especially difficult because just four years ago he already went through a major open-heart surgery to repair his ascending aorta and replace his aortic valve. We truly hoped that chapter was behind us, but now we are facing another uncertain road.

Major heart conditions and surgeries come with significant medical costs, travel for appointments, and time away from work makes this situation even more challenging.

We created this GoFundMe to help relieve some of the financial stress so Todd can focus on what matters most right now- getting care he needs and recovering.
