Todd, a vibrant and strong 11-year-old, recently faced a life-threatening medical emergency. Known for his athletic prowess, Todd even took state in wrestling this year. However, a month ago, his appendix burst, and due to a delay in surgery, he became septic. Although his appendix was eventually removed, a severe infection set in, requiring him to be airlifted to a world-class Children's hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. Currently, Todd is in the PICU, intubated, and undergoing multiple surgeries weekly to combat the infections. His family is by his side, providing unwavering support, but the situation has taken a toll on their lives. Could you please consider sharing Todd's story?
