Our family and community are rallying around someone who has always been there for others. ❤️
Todd was hospitalized a month ago for what was originally thought to be a burst appendix, but turned out to be Stage 4 Adenocarcinoma of the appendix with a signet ring cell. This is a rare and aggressive cancer. He and his wife Alaina are beginning a difficult journey through treatments and medical care. Because Todd is young, they will be starting with aggressive treatments right away. He will undergo 6 months of treatments every other week. The treatment consists of 3 different chemo drugs at each treatment and an extensive and complicated surgery after the 6 months of treatment are complete. As many of you know, Todd is a devoted husband and an incredible father to his two young boys, Levi and Silas, who mean the world to him.
Todd has always been someone who gives back. He has spent countless hours volunteering his time coaching Pop Warner football and Little League baseball, mentoring and encouraging kids in our community. For Todd, it’s never just been about sports, it’s about teaching teamwork, confidence, and kindness. So many kids have been lucky enough to call him “Coach.”
Todd and Alaina are also the type of people who quietly step in whenever someone needs help. Whether it’s supporting friends, volunteering, or lending a hand to neighbors, they have always been the first to show up for others. Now it’s our turn to show up for them.
As Todd begins treatment, there is a possibility he may need to step away from work for a period of time to focus on his health and recovery. This will place a significant financial strain on their family while they navigate medical bills, daily expenses, and caring for Levi and Silas.
We are asking our community, friends, and anyone who is able to help to consider donating or sharing this fundraiser. Every contribution, no matter the size, will help ease the burden on Todd, Alaina, and their boys so they can focus on what matters most, Todd’s health and their family.
Thank you for supporting a family who has given so much to others. Your kindness, prayers, and generosity mean more than words can express.
