Support Todd and Annie's Cancer Battle

I am setting up a GoFundMe for my sister, Annie, and her husband, Todd Bouchard.

Todd and Annie have been together for over 40 years. They have six wonderful sons, three in heaven watching over them! Todd has been a volunteer fireman for 20+ years for the Snowden VFD! He works as construction superintendent with Paragon Construction Company and development out of Montgomery, Alabama. He loves building and construction because he feels like there is new life wherever you build new structures. Todd feels that there’s so much more life he wants to live!

My sister is disabled and unable to work. Todd has just been diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. It is a very aggressive and rare cancer that starts in the nasopharynx, the tissue that connects the back of the nose to the back of the mouth. This particular cancer is hard to find because the nasopharynx isn't easy to examine and there may be no symptoms at first. Advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma can grow large enough to go into other parts of the body such as the throat, bones, and brain. The prognosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) depends on the stage of the cancer at diagnosis. Todd's NPC is in stage 4 and he is undergoing both chemotherapy and radiation. The doctors will be giving Todd both of these together.

Needless to say, Todd is not able to work and support himself or my sister. He has just been released from work because he cannot do both therapies and not be extremely ill and weak.

If you can find it in your heart and budget to help Todd and Annie, it would be most appreciated and we would be most grateful. Todd needs to concentrate on being positive and getting better and not worry about financial problems.

Todd is in the hospital with complications. Now more than ever Todd can use your prays and donations.There will hospital and costly testing. it appears that there are some kidney complications. As of now, Todd can be in the hospital three or four days.
