My beloved friends, family and community -

Big things are happening for big Tochi! I am now two months post-op from a bilateral mastectomy that changed my life! Feeling so blessed to be where I am right now, and every day I feel the love from my community.

Though I am beyond fortunate to be able to say that my insurance has covered a majority of the surgery, I am still responsible for a minimum out of pocket bill of about $3,000. I am currently a full-time student with no means of income eeek! I am here to raise funds and hopefully alleviate some financial-stress.

Given todays political climate, I feel so many feelings about being trans. I am proud and beyond blessed, but I am also scared for my life. I was lucky enough to have gotten the ball rolling for surgery before January, and I feel the fear and hurt my fellow trans siblings are going through now that our rights are being taken from us. That being said, I am insanely grateful for the support and love my people and the queer community show to me every day.
