On September 17, a major fire broke out inside the Red Hook building where my woodshop, Cutty, is located. The fire majorly impacted many artists and small businesses in the building, including my own studio.

While the fire itself did not reach my studio, 2 days of FDNY continually spraying salt water caused severe water damage, and shared projects being worked in another area were lost with the fire.

The building suffered significant damage and is now under investigation. As a result, access to all studios is currently restricted. In the meantime, my studio must remain temporarily closed, making it impossible to keep the original schedule for upcoming projects.

I've created this fundraiser to help cover the inevitable losses: equipment, materials, reset costs, and the time lost during this forced closure. Any contribution, no matter the size, will directly support rebuilding Cutty and allow me to continue creating the work that so many of you have trusted me with.
