Support to this family in this hard moment

Hello, my name is Valentina, Chilean who is currently in Australia with a Working Holiday visa, 2 days ago as a family we had to experience the loss of two relatives in the hands of a third person who felt empowered to assassinate them, as a family we are all devastated living this nightmare that took time to understand why it happened and to find the strength to move forward.

I want to tell you a little about these two people, they are both a couple (my aunt who is my mother's sisters) and her husband, both humble people who were selling wood on public roads as they used to do every winter, they had 6 children, all grown up but who always turned to them for everything, in recent weeks they have been getting together more often since one of their children needed, and still needs, an operation, for which they were doing different types of activities to join the money, just this Saturday it was time to make a "single dish" as we call it in Chile, is a fundraiser event which consists of selling lunch to other people with the purpose of raising the last thing we needed for the operation, however everything took a turn, from being Sharing the birthday of one of their children on April 27 and wanting to celebrate it on Sunday, May 1, we ended up receiving the news of the double murder of both of them on April 28. The news appeared on several channels in our country, where the headlines emphasized that it was a homicide and that the murderer had no reason or right to end the lives of my uncles.

My family is currently trying to live the mourning of both losses, trying to understand that they can no longer dial my aunt's cell phone number and hear her voice again, nor to be able to hug her, much less accompany her in her last breath, because even those rights It took away from us, being able to accompany them as a family.

The summary of these days would be first receiving the news that they were no longer alive, waiting for a day so that they could remove their bodies and then having to say goodbye to them in the cemetery on Sunday, May 1, all so fast and endless at the same time. time for everyone Knowing that later we will have to continue with a trial against the murderer of both.

My purpose of telling you about something so painful for my family and for me is to see if you can help me to pay for the funeral expenses and the legal expenses that have been made these days to be able to do justice.

Hola, mi nombre es Valentina, chilena que actualmente me encuentro en Australia con visa de Working Woliday, hace 2 días como familia nos tocó vivir la perdida de dos familiares en manos de un tercero que se sintió con el poder de asesinarlos, como familia estamos todos desbastados viviendo esta pesadilla que llevara tiempo en entender por qué sucedió y en encontrar las fuerzas para poder seguir adelante.

Les quiero contar un poco de estas dos personas, ambas son pareja ( mi tía quien es una de las hermanas de mi madre) y su esposo, ambos personas humildes que se encontraban vendiendo madera en la vía publica como lo solían hacer cada invierno, tenían 6 hijos, todos ya mayores pero que siempre acudían a ellos para todo, estas últimas semanas se estuvieron juntando más seguido ya que uno de sus hijos necesitaba, y aún necesita, una operación, por lo cual estaban haciendo diferentes tipos de actividades para juntar el dinero, justo este sábado correspondía hacer un “plato único” como lo llamamos nosotros en chile, que consiste en vender un almuerzo, también con la finalidad de recaudar lo último que nos faltaba para la operación, sin embargo todo dio un giro, de estar compartiendo el cumpleaños de unos de sus hijos el día 27 de abril y querer celebrarlo el domingo 2 de abril, terminamos recibiendo la noticia del doble asesinato de ambos el día 28 de abril. La noticia apareció en varios canales de nuestro país, donde los titulares hacían énfasis en que fue un homicidio y donde el homicida no tenía motivos ni derecho de acabar con la vida de mis tíos.

Mi familia actualmente está intentando vivir el duelo de ambas perdidas, intentando entender que ya no pueden marcar al número de celular de mi tía y volver a escuchar su voz, ni de poder abrazarla ni mucho menos acompañarla en su último aliento, porque hasta ese derechos de nos quitó, el poder acompañarlos como familia.

El resumen de estos días seria primero recibir la noticia de que ellos ya no estaban con vida, esperar un día para que pudieran retirar sus cuerpos para luego tener que despedirlos en el cementerio el día domingo 2 de mayo, todo tan rápido e interminable al mismo tiempo para todos. Sabiendo que después tendremos que seguir con un juicio contra el asesino de ambos.

Mi finalidad de contarte algo tan doloroso para mi familia y para mí es ver si me puedes cooperar para poder costear los gastos fúnebres y los gastos legales que se han realizado estos días para poder hacer justicia.
