Artist’s Statement: As a comedian my practice has always been centered around uplifting the human experience. I also have had a lifelong appreciation and infatuation for late night television. Something about the power of being broadcast to every home in America fosters a beautiful sense of community. I am a huge believer in the power of comedy within that to speak truth to power and bring levity in trying times. I want to speak on the experience of the youth in America and use this show as a way to let people know that no matter how crazy things are in the world around us we are all in it together.
Director’s Experience: Beyond being a lifelong fan I have worked on several live shows before and not to mention my extensive experience in live comedic performance. But wait there's more! I have assembled a wonderful team of writers and a fantastic crew that share my passion for the work we are doing. Never have I been more grateful to be working with such talented and driven individuals who are so excited to show you what we can do.
Where the Money is Going?: The majority of our funds will go towards meals and transportation. The most important thing on any film production is to ensure your crew is well fed. To feed a 30 person crew for 1 day is anywhere between $150-$200. We will also need a van rental to transport equipment.
Meals: $250
